Scope

Focal Signum, LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy, which covers the Focal Signum website. The site has no account registration, purchase flow, or contact form.

Information used to deliver the site

When you visit a website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and requested page to its hosting provider. This site is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security purposes. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement for its processing and retention practices.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics through our cookie controls. It can process information about pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and cookie identifiers to help us understand site usage. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this site's configuration.

Analytics retention

Our Google Analytics property retains user-level and event-level data for two months, without restarting user retention when you return. Aggregated reports may be retained for longer; these retention controls do not apply to standard aggregated reporting.
