Brand Assets

The downloads below include the FS mark and the combined mark and wordmark. The lockup preserves the uppercase Inder lettering and spacing used on the desktop homepage. All files are SVG vectors with transparent backgrounds; the lettering is outlined and does not require a font installation.

Asset usage

• Use the supplied artwork. Preserve its proportions, shapes, orientation, and wordmark spacing.
• Allow generous clear space around the artwork. Keep surrounding text and graphics outside that space.
• The mark and lockup may appear on white or black backgrounds. Use the charcoal version on white or light backgrounds and the inverted white version on black or dark backgrounds.
• Use plain backgrounds with clear contrast. Avoid busy photographs or competing patterns.
• Do not stretch, crop, redraw, or add shadows, gradients, outlines, or decorative effects. Use the supplied color variants.
• At small sizes, check that both shapes remain distinct and the name remains legible. Use the mark alone when the full lockup would be too small to read.

Write the name as Focal Signum. Use the supplied lockup rather than recreating its lettering. These assets identify Focal Signum; their availability does not grant permission to imply endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

Website Design System

This section documents how the identity is applied on this website. The values below come directly from the site’s design system and are separate from the media assets and usage guidance above.

Color roles

The website follows your device’s appearance setting automatically, including changes made while the page is open. Dark mode uses a charcoal surface, a near-white identity, and adjusted text and border colors. Artwork downloads and the labeled light and dark asset previews retain their original colors.

Typography

Focal Signum

Inder Regular is used for the wordmark and editorial content. A system sans-serif is used for navigation, footer links, and supporting interface text. Font size, weight, and line height are defined independently for each role.

Layout and spacing

Interior pages use a smaller, centered FS mark in the header, aligned with a circular back-arrow link on the left and the navigation links on the right. The back-arrow link returns to the homepage. The mark links to the homepage and follows the active light or dark appearance. The homepage centers the symbol and name as one composition. The lockup scales with the available width. At mobile sizes, the lettering is larger relative to the symbol, its spacing is tighter, and the gap above the name is reduced. The desktop composition retains its wider proportions.

Colors and spacing begin with base values, which are assigned to roles such as background, text, and navigation. Component settings then control individual elements. This allows the same values to be reused consistently without making every component identical.

Interaction and accessibility

Links use restrained color changes on hover and visible keyboard focus. Reduced-motion preferences receive a static identity. The homepage introduction is not repeated when a visitor returns within a minute; refreshing replays it. Animation duration, easing, and sequencing are included in the reference below.
